Are you finding knots and soreness in your legs from all the pickleball you are playing this summer? I realize how difficult it is to stretch, so maybe rolling out the knots on a foam roller is what you need. Tight muscles and lactic acid buildup causes these knots to occur. Sometimes it seems I have hard boiled eggs hiding in my quads. The foam roller presses on the knots like a pressure point massage and hopefully releases the soreness. Here are three of my favorite exercises.
#1 Rolling the quads and getting an upper body workout as well.
#2 Rolling the IT bands (can be very painful).
#3 Rolling the tight hips while sitting on the roller.
